Each year Bigg Boss places known faces from the entertainment industry and elsewhere in a secluded house with limited means all for the entertainment of public audience. Very wisely the Bigg Boss team chooses the contestants: top television actors, controversial personalities, someone from the LGBT community, one or two models to add that glam, a self-acclaimed godman, and some jobless film actors.
This year one of the controversial people is TV actress Shilpa Shinde, best known to play Angoori Bhabhi in the comedy show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai. Shilpa quit the show early last year and accused the producers for mentally torturing her and forcing her to sign an exclusivity contract that would forbid her to work elsewhere.
Shinde has been in the industry for over 17 years and has worked in several hit shows like Bhabhi, Meher, Maayka, and Chidiya Ghar.
