Filmfare Awards happened this Sunday and celebs from Alia Bhatt to Shahid Kapoor to Neha Dhupia to Shilpa Shetty Kundra attended it. Everyone had a gala time and posted their Filmfare moments on Instagram.
Here are some of my fav:
Alia Bhatt had a fantastic 2016 with all three of her films doing well. Her roles in Dear Zindagi and Udta Punjab garnered rave reviews, and unsurprisingly the actress took home the Best Actress Filmfare trophy.
Shahid Kapoor’s role of a drug-addicted singer in Udta Punjab cemented the actor in him. He won the Critics Best Actor award. And for the first time ever he brought in his wife to an award show.
Sonam Kapoor has been in the industry for a decade, but it’s her fashion style that’s she is more known for. Kapoor won her first Filmfare trophy for Neerja.
Sisters Shilpa and Shamita Shetty boomeranged!
Sonakshi Sinha is one family girl and this pic proves it.
My father received the @reliancejio @filmfare lifetime achievement award last night. It was his first filmfare award but also the most important one. Being his son means having to carry forward a legacy. It also means having to do things on my own. I hope that in the end it will all be worth it because I know I've paid my dues, and I need this year to be the one where I take a step in the right direction. I've always loved acting and the film industry even though its been a difficult journey, and will always love it no matter what , and nights like yesterday only help to make my love for it stronger. Thank you @filmfare and @jiteshpillaai for a night that we won't forget. #Filmfare #Actors #Superstar #Star #Legend #Idol #Selfmade #Hindifilmindustry #2ndgeneration #Family #Nevergiveup #Lifetimeachievement #Award #Filmfareawards #2017 #Saturdaynight #Shatrughansinha #Luvsinha #Sonakshisinha #2ndgeneration #Shotonmylumia #950XL #Jiofilmfareawards #Director
Luv Sinha might not have made his mark like his father and sister but this post touched my heart. So humble, grounded and well raised he is.
Sunny Leone’s makeup is always so perfect.
The real problems- that rarely are spoken! Thank you, Swara.
