Camila Cabello Quits Fifth Harmony

Fifth Harmony is going the One Direction way. Because Camila Cabello has pulled a Zayn Malik.

Yes, Camila has left the group, when it is at its peak, to go solo. Just like Zayn Malik did.

The group was formed on the second season of The X Factor USA in 2012 and finished in third. The following year the group released its debut song ‘Miss Movin’ On‘ – that earned them the MTV VMA Artist to Watch. Since being formed the group has found massive popularity, and has been often named as the biggest girl group in the world.

Two of their songs – Worth It and Work From Home – have both surpassed one billion views on YouTube.

It’s yet to be seen what new name the group will take up, and how well they fare post Cabello. As for now, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane are focused on making the group and their music thrive.
