Sonam Kapoor’s Cannes 2016 Diary

Sonam Kapoor attended the Cannes Film Festival for the sixth time in a row. After facing some flak previously, the Bollywood fashionista proved to have gotten better with her style. Check out her Cannes diary below.

Look 1: Sonam Kapoor in Rimzim Dadu’s sculpted saree
Sonam’s first look was for press interviews. The actress wore a sculpted black and blue saree by designer Rimzim Dadu. She completed the look with a chic bun and Suhani Pittie earrings.

Look 2: Ralph and Russo gown
For her first red carpet look she wore a white Ralph and Russo Couture gown with an enormous train. The embroidery on the dress caught many eyes.

Look 3: Ralph and Russo
The 30-year-old then shot for a L’Oreal campaign in another Ralph and Russo dress. [I personally feel she should have chosen something else. It’s hideous.]

Look 4: Ralph and Russo
For her second red carpet look the Neerja actress wore a Ralph and Russo (not again!!) blush pink colored strapless gown with a floor sweeping cape.
Look 5: Ralph and Russo

Taking a break from pale colors she chose to go black (and lace) for the Chopard Party. The actress looked beautiful in a black strapless gown with sheer ruffled skirt (Oh, not to mention, the dress is from Ralph and Russo). She completed the look with black lace gloves and a Chopard diamond choker.

Look 6: Ralph and Russo
The L’Oreal ambassador also made her debut at the amfAR gala this year. For the occasion she was dressed in a pale blue Ralph and Russo gown with a train (again!). This was Sonam’s last Cannes look.
