The carpets have been rolled out and celebs are coming in all the possible shimmers and glitters. They are flaunting the best and latest creations of the biggest names of the design world. Today I’m reviewing the design labels that would most probably shine on the red carpets this year.
British label Alexander McQueen is one of the many favourites of the Hollywood ladies. The label has column gowns, classic gowns, florals and those shimmering ones.
Lanvin is a French label and is founded by Jeanne Lanvin.
Dolce&Gabbana has been there for three decades now. Co-founded by Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, it’s one of the most recognised designer brands in the world.
Oscar De La Renta might be dead now but his legacy lives on and hopefully will always live on because the designs are so good.
Marchesa is turning out to be a red carpet favourite with celebrities like Zendaya, Lily James and Heidi Klum wearing it. Marchese is a NYC born womenswear high-brand. See some of its designs in this picture.

Valentino. Do I need to elaborate on this label? N-O. Emilia Clarke and Kirsten Dunst wore Valentino gowns at this year’s Golden Globes and I’m pretty sure we would see more of it on the red carpets.
Gina Rodriquez wore a Zac Posen gown at the Golden Globes. Zac Posen has some red-carpet-worthy creations.
Roberto Cavalli, do I need to say more? Cavalli has been dressing celebs for years now and its latest collection is just amazing as ever.
Lebanese luxury brand Elie Saab needs no introduction. Taylor Swift and Rachel McAdams have all worn it. The gowns are so beautiful and red carpet worth.

Zuhair Murad is another Lebanese brand we are all used to seeing on the red carpet and its 2016 collection is just amazing. Look down these pics and you’d know what I mean!!
