Jennifer Lopez Reveals Her Body Secrets

She is world-known for her curvaceous and age-defying body and Lopez recently  gave insight into her body secrets. Read more to know how she maintains her booty and body. 

Do you know she is 46?
  • JLo doesn’t drink or smoke. 
  • Caffeine is also a big NO. 
  • She intakes a lot of green veggies like broccoli, sprouts and kale. 
  • She is serious about exercising and has two trainers – one in Los Angeles and other in NYC. She also meditates everyday for atleast twenty minutes. 
  • And a lot of sunscreen!
