The Bhajji- Basra Wedding:
After years of dating and denying, cricketer Harbhajan Singh aka ‘Bhajji’ and his actress girlfriend Geeta Basra have finally gotten hitched! The couple had a big Punjabi wedding in Jalandhar, Punjab.
Bollywood Going Hollywood:
Priyanka Chopra who made her international debut with Quantico may now host a celebrity talk show there.
Chopra has also signed up with the American talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME). She was earlier signed with CAA since 2012.
Actress Pallavi Sharda who debuted alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Besharam has now been signed for an English film Shambhala. The film stars Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers. This is her second international project. She has earlier worked in the movie Lion with Nicole Kidman, Dev Patel and Rooney Mara.
Sharman Joshi will be seen essaying the role of an investigative journalist in Hollywood film ‘The Journalist‘.
Ileana D’Cruz is off to Dubai to shoot for Kung Fu Yoga. The movie has Jackie Chan in the lead role and Sonu Sood as the villain.
Nothing ‘Shaandaar’ in Shaandaar:
This film was one of the most anticipated films of the year with Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt playing the lead characters. The film trailers looked interesting but apart from dreamy sequences, British countryside, not-so-real scenes and a very predictive storyline the film had nothing to offer. The film, upon its release, received negative reviews and turned out to be a disaster and now Shahid Kapoor is regretting doing this film.
Spat, Spat, Spat:
Actress Amisha Patel recently had an ugly Twitter spat with former Bigg Boss contestant and TV actor Kushal Tandon after the latter accused her of not standing during the National Anthem. Patel had hit back at him by saying she had girlie problem and hence couldn’t stand up.
Saif Ali Khan is making his will!
Yes, the hunky actor recently said he’s making his will and both sets of his children will benefit from it. Saif has two kids from his first marriage. He’s now married to Kareena Kapoor though the couple don’t have any kids together.
